The law firm of Wells, Singer, Rubin & Musulin, P.A. is one of the oldest continuous law practices in the State of New Jersey established in 1902. The firm was originally started by Harold B. Wells, Sr. at the turn-of-the-century, in Bordentown City, New Jersey. Mr. Wells specialized in probate and real property matters. He eventually left private practice for the bench, eventually becoming the presiding Circuit Court Judge, which is similar to a modern judge of the Appellate Division.
Two of his children, Harold and William, commenced practice in the 1930s. Harold Wells, Jr. was admitted to the bar in 1932 and William Wells was admitted to the bar in 1936. While both handled general litigation matters, they tended to specialize in probate and real estate matters, much like their father. The firm counts among its alumni several Superior Court Judges including the former Assignment Judge of Burlington County, Harold B. Wells III, who is now a judge of the Appellate Division, following in the footsteps of his grandfather.
The law firm of Wells, Singer, Rubin & Musulin, P.A. remains extremely proud of its long history and reputation in the state of New Jersey.
