About Johnny Pineyro:

Johnny A. Pineyro is a Miami native. He attended and graduated in 1994 from Florida State University in Tallahassee. While at Florida State University, he joined the Pre-Law Society and published an article on the Fourth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution in the Pre-Law Society Law Review. Upon graduating from Florida State University, he moved to Pennsylvania and attended Villanova College of Law in 1994. He transferred to Stetson College of Law in Florida where he obtained his law degree in 1997.

During law school he participated as a Moot Court member in the 1997 Jessup International Competition in Miami, Florida, and participated in several Youth Mentoring Programs sponsored by local bar associations. After graduating from law school, Johnny practiced criminal defense for three years as a member of the Miami-Dade County Public Defender’s Office before entering civil practice.

After litigating over fifty jury and non-jury trials, he joined Toral & Associates in 2002 and is presently the head of the Personal Injury Litigation Department where he provides legal representation exclusively to individuals and families injured by the negligence of others.

Mr. Pineyro has dedicated his practice to improving the lives of those injured by the negligence of others. He is an Associate Eagle member of the Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers where he has served as Host Committee Member of Town Hall Meetings in 2004, and attended the Al J. Cone Trial Advocacy Institute. In 2003, Johnny became a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, an organization of elite trial attorneys dedicated to obtaining the highest compensation for their clients. In 2004, he published an article in the Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers Journal entitled “Admissibility of Subsequent Remedial Measures”. He is also a member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, the Broward County Bar Association, the Dade County Bar Association, the Hispanic Bar association and the Florida Bar. Johnny is admitted to practice before all Florida courts and the United States District Court for the Southern and Middle District of Florida.
