I personally interview every client. I personally work every case. I personally review and understand every medical record. I never advise my clients to undergo questionable and painful procedures in order to build a better case at the expense of long term consequences. My bottom line is that first and foremost, that my clients receive the best rehabilitative care and achieve lasting maximum improvement from their injuries, even if that means less money for all involved. Larger settlements up front that are spent on a lifetime of out of pocket care for symptoms that should have been resolved in the early stages of an injury, is not this office's policy.
