Attorney Philip F. Mulvey, Jr., graduated from Suffolk University School of Law in 1973 and also has a Ph.D. in biology.  He has been practicing law in the Massachusetts Superior Court, Massachusetts District Court and Federal District Court, Massachusetts District for over 25 years.  Over the years, Attorney Mulvey has taken over 165 cases to trail and resolved over 30 cases through mediation and arbitration.  He has obtained over five verdicts with an award of over one million dollars.

Prior to starting his law practice, Attorney Mulvey was a Professor of Biology at Suffolk University, and was asked by Governor Sargent to serve on a select committee to study pollution in Boston Harbor.  He also had various other senior physiologist and scientific positions in both the public and private sector.
