Throughout this time, he has represented hundreds of people who have been injured at work and in other settings. He is a board member of the nationally known "Workers Injury Law and Advocacy Group". Jon has practiced in the areas of workers compensation and personal injury since 2001 and is a member of the Minnesota Trial Lawyers Association.

About Mark Rodgers:

Mark graduated from Gustavus Adolphus College (St. Peter, Minnesota) in 1978 and from the Northwestern School of Law/Lewis and Clark College (Portland, Oregon) in 1981. In 1981, Mark and Sally Rodgers moved to Bemidji. Mark worked as an assistant county attorney from 1981 to 1984 with Anderson and Keyes. From 1984 to 1994, Mark concentrated his private practice in the areas of workers compensation and personal injury as a partner with Kief, Fuller, Baer, Wallner & Rodgers, Ltd. of Bemidji. From October of 1994 to September of 1999, Mark was a partner with Cann, Haskell, D'Albani, Schueppert, Hazelton & Rodgers where he continued to concentrate his practice in the areas of workers' compensation and personal injury. Mark also assists individuals when they seek to obtain Social Security Disability, Unemployment Compensation, and other employment-related benefits and rights. On September 1, 1999, Mark and Gary Hazelton established Hazelton & Rodgers, P.C..

Mark is past president of the Beltrami County Bar Association, coaches youth sports, and has been active in various other community activities. Sally Rodgers is a fourth grade teacher at J.W. Smith Elementary School in Bemidji. Mark and Sally have two daughters, Emily and Kristen. Mark enjoys all outdoor activities, especially hunting, fishing, skiing, rollerblading and horseback riding.
