Michael Chulak is a founding partner and the managing partner of Chulak Shiffman Quisenberry & Drescher LLP, which is a general practice law firm consisting of nine attorneys and support staff.

Michael Chulak practices in the areas of homeowner association law, construction, real property, business - corporate law and estate planning.

Born in Los Angeles, he obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from California State University at Los Angeles and a Juris Doctorate from Ventura College of Law. In addition to being an attorney, Michael Chulak is licensed and has extensive experience as a general building contractor and real estate broker. He has also been a real estate instructor for several colleges.

Michael Chulak is currently general counsel and a director of several corporations including the Conejo Valley Examiner and the Simi Valley - Moorpark Examiner and has provided consulting services to over seventy law firms in connection with various matters including litigation. He also writes legal columns for several newspapers and hosts a radio talk show on KVTA AM 1520 every Saturday from 11:00 a.m. to noon, known as, "On the Law with Attorney Michael Chulak."
