GUICHARD, TENG & PORTELLO was founded in 1996 by Matthew P. Guichard, formerly the Managing Partner of the Sacramento Office of Ropers, Majeski, Kohn & Bentley. Moving away from billing practices often seen in large law firms, GTP's attorneys are mindful of the economics of litigation and legal representation.
