All personal injury cases are handled on a contingency fee basis, which means we will not receive any fee unless we recover money damages on your case. We will also initiate the investigation of your case without any cost to you. No retainer is required and all of the expenses for the case are advanced by the Law Firm. Costs are not recovered by the firm unless we recover money damages on your case.
The firm has expanded to nine lawyers , and we handle all personal injury cases including car accidents, premises liability ("slip and fall"), wrongful death, nursing home liability/neglect, defective product injuries and related matters.
