Young and Young Trial Lawyers

In 1954, Howard S. Young, Sr. stepped down from the bench of the Indiana Supreme Court serving as Chief Justice and joined with his son, Howard S. Young, Jr. to form Young & Young, Trial Lawyers.  The office was originally located in the Circle Tower Building on the Circle in downtown Indianapolis.  In 1976 the offices moved to 118 N. Delaware Street.   In 1985, the offices again moved to 128 N. Delaware Street, within easy reach of the Marion County, Federal, and State Courthouses.

The Young family has maintained a presence in the Indianapolis legal profession since the graduation of Howard S. Young, Sr. from law school in 1903.  We are proud to maintain the tradition established by our grandfather and father in providing for the legal needs of Hoosiers who are least able to bear the financial costs associated with catastrophic and devastating injuries, both to the individual and to the family.

We are proud to have Celebrated our Fiftieth Aniversary as a firm.
