Ball, Eggleston, Bumbleburg, McBride, Walkey & Stapleton, PC is a law firm committed to personalized service to clients, impeccable standing in the bar, and strong community involvement.
The law firm began in 1950, and practices in diverse areas of the law, including: serious personal injury and wrongful death, product liability, professional malpractice, commercial litigation, estate planning, probate, business organizations, zoning and land use, real estate, insurance, collections, landlord-tenant relations, and appellate relief.
The competency and integrity of all members are rated by Martindale-Hubbell, the national attorney rating service. The firm is rated “AV”. The “A” rating is the highest legal ability rating, while the “V” signifies the highest adherence to professional standards of conduct, ethics, reliability, and diligence. The firm is listed the Bar Register of Preeminent Law Firms, which only includes those firms whose members have received the highest rating by Martindale-Hubbell.
In recognition of the firm's commitment to provide quality service to its clients, the firm was accepted into the International Society of Primerus Law Firms. Primerus is an affiliation of small, carefully screened independent law firms that have agreed to uphold and commit to six key principles in their practice of law, namely: integrity; excellence of work product; reasonableness in fees; continuing legal education; civility to the court's officers, judges, and lawyers; and community service.
