Seidman & Schreyer, LLC is a law firm with a great depth of trial and litigation experience. We have built our reputation in trials against large insurance companies, governmental agencies, state prosecutors, local, national and multinational corporations.
In the last few years our trial lawyers have defeated or forced settlements from Massey Ferguson, Interkal Bleachers, Giant Food, PEPCO, The State of Maryland, Whirlpool, SMECO, the Social Security Administration and every major insurance company in the Baltimore-Washington region.
Our firm has two handicap accessible offices, Waldorf and Lexington Park, to better serve clients in Charles, St. Mary's, Calvert, and Prince George's Counties. Our Waldorf office location, at 8 Post Office Road in the St. Charles Professional Park, provides easy parking and a first floor entrance to serve all of our clients.
In addition, we make every effort to assist severely injured or bereaved clients by meeting them in their homes when needed. And because we have attorneys admitted to both the D.C. and Maryland bars, our legal services extend beyond the beltway into Washington, DC.
Mr. Schreyer has devoted 16 years to developing thorough trial skills and knowledge in more than one thousand personal injury and workers' compensation cases. An accomplished appellate advocate, he has overturned and defended trial court decisions through appeals to Maryland's highest courts. He has been a speaker for the Maryland Workers' Compensation Education Association state convention, concerning current appellate cases, and for the Maryland Trial Lawyers' Association, concerning claims by traveling employees. He is a council member to the Maryland State Bar Association's Negligence, Insurance & Workers' Compensation Section, and he is a member of the Legislative & Amicus Brief Committees of the Maryland Trial Lawyers' Association.
