About Scott Harris:

Scott Harris joined the firm in 1996 after spending six years as a trial lawyer with the United States Department of Justice, Tax Division. He is a Director in the Litigation Department. His practice focuses on complex civil litigation, principally professional malpractice, employment and commercial cases.

Scott received the Tax Division's Outstanding Trial Attorney Award in 1994. He is admitted to practice in New Hampshire, Massachusetts and Pennsylvania, as well as to practice before the United States Tax Court and the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit.

He is active in the New Hampshire and Manchester Bar Associations, the New Hampshire Trial Lawyers Association, and the Daniel Webster Inn of Court. He is a member of the American Bar Association and the American Trial Lawyers Association.
