We represent persons who have been injured in vehicle accidents and the estates of persons that have been killed in vehicle accidents (Wrongful Death). We also represent workers that have been hurt on the job (Workers’ Compensation Cases).

In recent years, we have also begun handling an increasing number of cases against nursing homes.  We also handle “Social Security” cases which frequently grow out of injuries sustained in one of the categories set forth above.

To represent our clients, we have a staff of four attorneys and eighteen paralegals, investigators, and other legal assistants. We have offices in Greensboro and Asheboro but handle cases state-wide.
