CHARLES R. KENNEDY
Charlie Kennedy is senior partner and practicing trial attorney in a statewide civil litigation practice representing both plaintiffs and defendants. His civil litigation practice has included all types of cases including automobile, products, dram shop, wrongful death, insurance coverage, building construction, professional malpractice and employment. His practice has included trial and appellate cases in Minnesota, North Dakota and South Dakota. He has 20 years experience in both mediation and arbitration (including serving as party-appointed, neutral and sole arbitrator), in the areas of personal injury, contract, wrongful death, product liability, construction, slip-and-fall, employment, pharmaceutical, FELA, fire loss, medical and legal malpractice, UIM claims, commercial, international commercial arbitration, professional liability and electric utility. He is a qualified neutral on the Minnesota statewide ADR Neutrals Roster (Rule 114), North Dakota Mediation Roster and North Dakota Arbitration Roster.
