The law firm of Conway, Pauley, & Johnson, P.C., was originally founded in 1935 by James D. Conway. Since that date, we have continually provided a full range of legal services to the Hastings community and South Central Nebraska with emphasis on estate and business planning, personal injury, and family law. The firm encourages continuing professional development by having its attorneys participate in legal education seminars, professional associate activities, and civic affairs. During the firm's existence, we have worked to maintain a high level of civic responsibility and currently are active in both civic and church organizations, working hard with others to develop and support a strong, vibrant, and independent local community.
We continue to maintain the firm's tradition and commitment to excellence in the general practice of law providing services in all federal and state courts. Our areas of practice include real estate and property law, probate and estate planning, business and corporate law, and social security law. We are also experienced trial attorneys with emphasis in personal injury, workers' compensation, and family law.
The firm employs an excellent staff consisting of one paralegal and two legal assistants with a combined fifty years of experience.
