Prince and Portnoi Attorneys at Law
Prince & Portnoi Attorneys at Law specialize in all phases of litigation, commercial, personal injury, medical malpractice, worker's compensation, municipal court matters and sports management in the New Jersey area.
The firm has experience in all areas of Personal Injury Law, including car accident, motorcycle accident, fall downs and work related injuries. In addition, we represent people in minor criminal matters as well as municipal court matters including drunk driving, no insurance and speeding tickets.
We represent individuals who have been injured or killed for whom a claim can be made for monetary compensation. A monetary award provides the only compensation and remedy that the law permits for personal injuries and death.
We can make the difference between a life of hardship and one where the burden of injury or loss by death is to some small degree made more comfortable.
We handle a variety of claims in which people have suffered personal injury, death or financial loss as a result of negligence of another person or entity. In most cases, these claims are covered by insurance.
Prince & Portnoi has obtained recoveries for personal injury clients including automobile repair, bus operation, falldown on commercial property, highway maintenance, insurance agent malpractice and many others.
