Balamuth Harrington, LLP
Our firm has the highest rating in Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory for integrity, achievement and reputation. This is an independent company that evaluates law firms throughout the country and gives its highest rating to only the top 5 percent of law firms.
We represent only people injured in California. We specialize in the areas of personal injury and wrongful death (such as auto and construction accidents), products liability (such as when a defective product causes injury), medical malpractice, legal malpractice, and other professional negligence causes of action (such as accounting malpractice).
We are not paid unless we are successful. We represent our clients on a contingency fee basis. This means we are paid for our services only if, and when, there is a recovery. We thoroughly investigate all potential actions before pursuing a lawsuit and do not pursue any frivolous actions. Because our payment is dependent upon obtaining successful results, we carefully assess all claims.
Balamuth Harrington has a reputation for quality and excellence with a commitment to the individual needs of its clients.
We will help you if we can. In order to determine whether you have a case that we can accept, please call our office at 1 (888) 254-1234.
Although we receive inquiries from many more people than we can accept as clients, we welcome each and every inquiry. If we are unable to provide the representation you seek, we will attempt to provide you with a referral.
