Eric G. In 2004, Mr. Young authored an article for Thomson West, the nation's leading publisher of legal books and periodicals, entitled Cause of Action Against Tavern Owners, Restaurants, and Similar Businesses for Injuries Caused to Patrons by the Criminal Acts of Others.
