I have a broad range of commercial civil litigation experience and I am comfortable with all manners of dispute resolution including going to court and acquiring a judgment at trial.  I have extensive experience in business and real estate transactions.  I have successfully assisted clients to start-up numerous profitable businesses in many sectors.  I represent clients in the entertainment industry including talent and production companies.  I represent clients in the luxury car parts industry.  I continue to do community service as swim coach and as an ocean lifeguard.

Ocean Lifeguard, Hermosa BeachI continue to do community service by providing general water and beach safety, educating on ordinances on weekends and in the summer.  I am expert with surf equipment and I surf, swim, and run sand in the ocean series competitions.  I am given supervisory tasks over other lifeguards.  

SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA AQUATICS:- Current

Swim Coach, Santa Monica College, I continue to do community service by coaching master level swimmers which includes beginner level through Olympic caliber athletes.

ASSOCIATE Trained in aggressive civil litigation from the outset, I worked in many areas including intellectual property, entertainment law, computer law, real estate, insurance defense, insurance coverage, and contract law.  I counseled clients with regards to releases, licenses, and countless contract clauses. I conducted research on countless issues as necessary including programming, database design, and intra/internet design.  I drafted numerous contracts, pleadings, and motions.  I frequently appeared in court.  I supervised outside counsel in many other states.  I personally managed relations directly with large institutional clients.
