Barry M. Chasen
Mr. Chasen, a former United States Army Officer, served one year in the Republic of South Vietnam and was awarded the Bronze Star with First Oak Leaf Cluster. He has held numerous leadership positions in the legal community. He is president of the Maryland Workers’ Compensation Education Association and a past chair of the Maryland State Bar Section on Negligence, Insurance, and Workers’ Compensation. He is also a major contributor to the University of Maryland, the United Way, and many other charities. He served as Campaign Chair for the Capital Campaign for the University of Maryland University College (UMUC). He is also a member of the Law School Advisory Council for the University of Baltimore Law School.
He has tried hundreds of jury trials in state and federal courts in Maryland resulting in several reported decisions from the Maryland Court of Special Appeals and Court of Appeals. He has also tried thousands of cases before the Maryland Workers’ Compensation Commission.
Memberships include Maryland Trial Lawyers Association; Maryland State Bar Association; Prince George's County Bar Association; Washington, DC Bar Association; and, The Association of Trial Lawyers of America. Benjamin T. Boscolo
Benjamin Boscolo is a designated panel attorney for the National Football League Players Association, Professional Hockey Players’ Association, Major League Soccer Players Association, Women’s National Basketball Association Players Association, and Women’s United Soccer Association.
