In today’s legal environment, matching your needs with the correct firm is crucial to the successful outcome of your legal matters. Like so many other areas, in law, the pace of change can be “breakneck,” the details overwhelming.
As an informed consumer of legal services, you need to be sure that the firm you select is in fact qualified to handle the matter at hand. Today, that’s more important than ever. To that end, what follows is a brief description of the types of matters we successfully handle. We have made a solid commitment to these areas of the law so that we can assure you the best possible legal representation.
Our firm represents individuals involved in controversies alleging a wrong or damage to anothers person, rights, reputation, or property resulting from events or activities such as automobile accidents, defective products, infliction of emotional distress, intentional misconduct, and negligence.
The law firm of Michles & Booth, P.A. is proud to provide aggressive and compassionate representation to an exclusive clientele - the victims of the negligence of others. Largely misunderstood and preyed upon by insurance companies and the corporate media, portrayed as malingerers and greedy, in fact nothing could be further from the truth. Michles & Booth seeks to obtain what the overwhelming majority of victims are seeking after they have been injured through no fault of their own: to be placed back into a position consistent with where they were before the tragedy befell them, obtaining lost wages, paying for medical bills and compensating the victims and their families for the tremendous damages they endure.
As a law firm specializing only in personal injury litigation, we advise and represent clients on matters involving insurance benefits, medical care and benefits, property reimbursement, and of course monetary compensation for their loss. Whether injured in motor vehicle accidents, slip-and-falls, medical negligence or pharmaceutical malpractice, our attorneys possess the highest academic credentials, subject matter expertise and each attorney has over 10 years civil trial experience in the field of personal injury litigation.
