He was admitted to the New Jersey Bar and U.S. District Court, District of New Jersey in 1988, the New York Bar in 1989 and the Florida Bar in 1990. He received his B.A. in 1984 from the State University of New York at Stony Brook. He received his J.D. in 1988 at the Hofstra University School of Law. He served as President of Hofstra University School of Law from 1987 - 1988. He served as Law Clerk to the Honorable Joyce E. Munkacsi and the Honorable Peter D. Pizzuto from 1988 - 1989. He was a lecturer at the National Business Institute from 1988 - 1989. He also has served as Pro Bono attorney for Middlesex County Legal Services since 1993. He is a member of the Middlesex County and New Jersey State Bar Associations, the New Jersey Association of Trial Lawyers of America and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America.

David H. Sternlieb

He received his J.D. in 1988 from New York Law School.
