Morgan M. Robertson
Morgan M. Robertson, born in Athens, Georgia, November 24, 1947, is a graduate of the University of the South, Sewanee, Tennessee (B.A., 1969), and the University of Georgia School of Law (J.D., 1974). He is a member of the Cobb County Bar Association and the Fiduciary Affairs Section of the Georgia State Bar. He has nearly thirty years of experience in the practice of law, and has handled hundreds of litigation matters, representing both plaintiffs and defendants. He is a licensed mediator, and now concentrates in the areas of wills and probate, real estate, contract, and other transactional matters. He also handles a majority of the firm's litigation in these areas.
Mr. Robertson serves on the vestry of the Anglican Church of Our Redeemer, and is recently retired as a Commander in the U.S. Naval Reserves (JAGC). He is in his fourteenth year as a member of the Rotary Club of Marietta and is Scoutmaster of Boy Scout Troop 287 in Marietta. He serves on the National Executive Council of Chi Psi Fraternity, is a past President of the Sewanee Club of Atlanta, and a past director of the Cobb Community Symphony. He has served in leadership positions with numerous charitable and civic organizations, and was a former candidate for the Georgia House of Representatives.
Keith D. Bodoh
Keith D. Bodoh was born in Dearborn, Michigan, attended both Georgia Southern University and the University of Georgia (B.S., 1992), and took his law degree from the University of Georgia School of Law (J.D., 1995). While attending law school, he was an Editorial Board member, Articles Editor, and published contributing author on the Georgia Journal of International and Comparative Law. Keith was also a student prosecutor for the Alcovy Judicial Circuit in Covington, Georgia.
Before attending university, Keith resided in São Paulo, Brazil for twelve years. As a result, he speaks fluent Portuguese and is well-versed in the Spanish language.
Keith is licensed to practice law in all Georgia State and Superior Courts, the Georgia Court of Appeals, the Georgia Supreme Court, the United States District Courts for the Northern and Middle Districts of Georgia, the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court. He is a active member of the Georgia State, Cobb County, and Atlanta Bar Associations, the Cobb County Trial Lawyers Associations, the Georgia Civil Justice Foundation, the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association (GTLA), and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America (ATLA).
Keith's primary areas of concentration are in general civil litigation and trial law, medical malpractice, personal injury, products liability, wrongful death, automobile accident law, insurance related controversies - including bad faith and coverage litigation, civil RICO, real estate, and criminal law. He has developed considerable proficiency in these areas, having successfully concluded thousands of such cases through negotiation, settlement, mediation, trial, and appeal.
In 2003, Keith was one of 50 attorneys invited to attend Gerry Spence's Trial Lawyers College at his Thunderhead Ranch in Wyoming. The Trial Lawyers College is considered the most prestigious and selective trial advocacy college in America. Since its inception, Gerry Spence has graduated only about 500 students. The 23-day college brought together some of the best trial lawyers in America, including Milton Grimes, Paul Luvera, Bill Trine, Larry Joe Doherty, Tom Metier, Rex Parris, Anne Valentine, Jude Basile, and Gerry Spence. Keith had a personal and professional experience that only a few trial lawyers have been privileged to share.
Mathew G. Nasrallah
Mathew G. Nasrallah, born in Tampa, Florida, is a graduate of Florida State University (B.S., 1987) and University of Georgia School of Law (J.D. cum laude, 1993). He is licensed to practice in Florida and Georgia and is admitted to practice in all Federal and State Courts in Georgia and Florida. Mr. Nasrallah's primary areas of practice are civil trial work, personal injury and wrongful death cases, insurance coverage disputes, contract and commercial disputes, and maritime and admiralty law. For example a large part of his practice over the past 10 years has been devoted to cases involving automobile and trucking accidents, insurance bad faith, pleasure boat and scuba diving accidents, large equipment defect/warranty and construction disputes, and representation of victims of violent crimes including rape and child molestation.
He has extensive experience in all phases of federal and state trial practice, appellate practice, and pretrial mediation and arbitration. Mr. Nasrallah is a member of the Georgia Bar, the Florida Bar, the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association, the Cobb County Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, the Maritime Law Association of the United States, the Southeastern Admiralty Law Institute and the Christian Legal Society. Currently he is serving as the Co-Chairman of the Amicus Committee for the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association.
