Pelham, Andrews & Walker

At Pelham, Andrews & Walker, we represent seriously injured clients and their families in catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death, workers' compensation, Longshoreman Worker's Comp, social security disability, criminal defense and medical malpractice  cases throughout Florida. We handle a small number of carefully selected cases at a time, in order to devote our full attention to the physical, mental, and legal well being of our clients and their families. We do not represent insurance companies, corporations, HMO's, or other faceless entities. We represent people injured by the negligence, carelessness, and recklessness of others.

Pelham Andrews & Walker  is no ordinary Florida law firm . Our attorneys are genuinely dedicated to making a difference-for our clients, for our profession, and for our community. What sets us apart from other law firms is that we provide our clients with the best of both worlds: big firm ability and experience along with the care, concern, and client service that you would expect from a small firm.

We apply the right combination of creativity, innovation, and commitment to each and every case that comes through our door. We respond promptly to telephone calls, report regularly on case developments, and stay on top of changes in the law. Our attorneys maintain flexible hours, offer free initial consultations, and work on a contingency fee basis, which means that we are paid only if there is a financial recovery.

At Pelham Andrews & Walker , we are proud to represent people from all walks of life, and have compiled an enviable track record as an aggressive client advocate in all types of cases-from a routine car crash to a complicated wrongful death trial involving multiple wrongdoers. And as a former law enforcement officer who was injured on the job, Mr. Pelham understands his clients' concerns.

With a wealth of experience acquired over the past decade, Pelham Andrews & Walker is committed to providing the highest standard of representation possible for clients throughout Tallahassee, North Florida, the Panhandle, and beyond. Over the years our attorneys have successfully represented clients in hundreds of personal injury, wrongful death, workers' compensation, social security disability, criminal defense and medical malpractice cases. Our lawyers  made a difference for those clients and can make the difference for you.

Randy Vincent Pelham

Prior to becoming an attorney, Randy Pelham was a police officer in Miami, one of America's toughest cities. As a police officer, Randy learned about the importance of caring and compassion when working with people who have been injured or wronged by others. This uncommon concern for others is one of the reasons why Randy has been so successful working with injured parties and has developed so many satisfied and loyal clients. Additionally, Randy was injured in the line of duty as a result of another person's negligence and knows first-hand the ordeal his clients are going through.

Born and raised in Miami, Randy joined the city's Police Department in 1982. Not surprisingly, he graduated first in his class in the Police Academy. In 1989, he enrolled in law school at the University of Miami and continued to work full-time as a police officer. He was awarded his law degree in 1992.

Representing injured parties is what Randy does best. He tries to meet with all new clients who choose Pelham & Associates as their law firm. As such outstanding client service is one of his top priorities. He is an active member of Florida Worker Advocates and the Workers Compensation Section of the Florida Bar.

Randy and his wife, Xiomara, have lived in Tallahassee since 1995. He has five children.
