Robert F. Nelson
Robert Nelson is the founding member of Nelson Law, LLC. Mr. Nelson is a corporate leader and attorney with over 20 years of International experience in setting up , managing, problem solving and completing major projects in foreign cultures where English was not the native language. He received his B. A. in Economics from Golden Gate University, San Francisco, Civil Engineering Training from ICS and KAAU in Saudi Arabia, JD from Thomas Goode Jones School of Law and LL.M. in International Legal Studies from Golden Gate School of Law. Projects he worked either as a Contract/Finance executive, or legal counsel include: Euro Disney in Paris-Director of Contracts; Harbert Construction in Israel-Subcontract Manager; King Abdul Aziz University, Saudi Arabia- Advisor on "world class" Health Sciences Center, and most recently : International Construction Consultants, Vice President and General Counsel. Mr. Nelson is a U.S. Army Veteran and a licensed commercial pilot.
Stanley Moorhouse
Stan Moorhouse is a graduate of the Jones School of Law. He has taught law students the intricacies of legal research and writing techniques. His background includes 20 years of service with the United States Air Force where he served as a pilot. Later on in his career, Stan was a financial officer, budget manager and a comptroller. While serving in the Pentagon , he assisted in preparing the President's annual budget submission to Congress.
Stan also holds a Bachelors Degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a Master's Degree from Webster University.
Virginia Lucci
Virginia Lucci earned a bachelors degree and masters degree in french language and literature at The University of New York at Albany. She went on to earn her law degree from The Univerisity of Alabama. She has worked with The Alabama Attorney Generals Office in Montgomery as an opinion writer. She also worked with The District Attorney in Westchester County, New York, where she specialized in prosecuting violent crimes against children, women, and the elderly. Her legal career began by working with the Etowah County District Attorneys Office focusing on misdemeanor crimes, domestic violence crimes and drug possession crimes. Her specialties include criminal law, wills, trusts, social security disability, worker's compensation and domestic relations. She is fluent in french, german and can speak italian and spanish.
