David Ansley is a life-long resident of Southwest Missouri. He grew up in Joplin, Missouri and graduated from Missouri Southern State College in May of 1970. He was President of Missouri Southern State College's first senior class. In 1973, he graduated from University of Missouri School of Law and has practiced continuously in Springfield, Missouri ever since. He has devoted his entire legal career as a trial lawyer with heavy interest in plaintiff's personal injury. His major emphasis today is in medical malpractice, wrongful death and product liability.
Deborah Dodge has lived in Springfield, Missouri, since her childhood. She obtained a B.A. in Communications from Central Methodist College in 1989. In 1993, she graduated from Washburn University School of Law with honors and has practiced in Springfield, Missouri, with Hall, Ansley, Rodgers & Condry, P.C. since 1994. Prior to joining the firm, she was a law clerk for the Honorable John E. Parish at the Missouri Court of Appeals, Southern Division.
Ms. Dodge focuses her legal career as a trial lawyer representing the rights of individuals and businesses. Her major focus is on representing patients and families who have received poor medical care that has further injured a patient or wrongfully caused the death of a loved one.
Benjamin Stringer graduated from Southwest Missouri State University in 1995.
Ben is a trial lawyer who concentrates his practice on helping people who have been injured through medical negligence, nursing home negligence, product defects or in accidents resulting in serious physical injury. Ben also represents persons who have been subjected to civil right violations, including employment discrimination, harassment in the workplace, unfair labor practices or physical abuse by government employees.
