People who have suffered an injury and who are in need of legal services, usually have lost wages and may be unable to pay for attorney services in advance.  For that reason, Goicoechea Law Offices works on a contingency fee basis.  This means that we are paid based on a percentage of the amount that we recover for you.  If no recovery is made, there is no attorney fee.
