Paul has twenty-seven years of experience as a trial attorney. He has been a State Bar of Arizona Certified Specialist in Personal Injury & Wrongful Death since 1991. Only one percent of Arizona attorneys are certified as personal injury specialists by the State Bar of Arizona.
Paul is a certified member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, membership is limited to trial attorneys who have won million and multi-million dollar verdicts and settlements.
Paul was born in New York City in 1954, and graduated from the University of Arizona in 1976, and the University of Arizona College of Law in 1979.
Paul received a Reginald Heber Smith Fellowship and worked as an attorney for Iowa Legal Services and Southern Arizona Legal Aid. Since 1983, Paul has dedicated his practice to representing personal injury victims. Paul is a sustaining member of the Arizona Trial Lawyers Association.
