Attorney Neal Tidhar was admitted to practice law in the State of Connecticut in 2002 and was further admitted to practice law in Massachusetts in 2003 and New York in 2006. A lifelong native of Connecticut, he graduated from the University of Connecticut School of Law in 2002.

Neal Tidhar has been an Associate with the Law Offices of Bruce E. Bergman since his admittance to the Connecticut Bar in 2002. As an Associate in a small general practice firm he has been instrumental in resolving a broad spectrum of legal issues as well as working with wide array of clients across diverse legal situations.

In addition to his legal practice, Attorney Tidhar has taught the required certification class for Prospective real estate salespersons and brokers at Gateway Community College.

Neal Tidhar is an alumnus of Clark University of Worcester, MA (B.A. 1994) and George Washington University of Washington, DC (M.A. 1997). He is a member of both the American Bar Association and the Connecticut Bar Association. He currently resides in West Hartford.

Attorney Bruce E. Bergman was admitted to practice law in the state of Connecticut in 1970 and has been an advocate on behalf of his clients in the Greater Hartford area for 40 years.

Attorney Bergman opened his General Practice law firm in 1974 and has developed strong,  ongoing relationships with his large client-base, many since the inception of his business.

Attorney Bergman's reputation as a successful, fair and honorable attorney and an upstanding member of the greater Hartford community has allowed him to develop close relationships with
others in the business, government and legal communities. He served as corporate counsel for
the Greater Hartford Small Business Development Corporation as well as was a featured lecturer
for the Hartford Small Business Administration. Additionally, he  has been recognized by the CT
Bar Association for his Pro Bono work in support of organizations in the Greater Hartford area.

Attorney Bergman is a seasoned trial attorney.  In addition to his strong Real Estate expertise
and experience, he has tried complex family law, personal injury, banking, and probate
matters in his forty years of practice.  In addition to his litigation matters, Attorney Bergman
works with individuals and families in a broad array of legal matters as well as representing
banks, insurance companies and small and large businesses to troubleshooting potential legal
and business problems.

Attorney Bergman believes in the power of education.  He has taught legal courses at Manchester
Community College and continues to broaden his own legal horizons with ongoing legal

Attorney Bergman is alumnus of the University of Hartford and Suffolk University Law School in
Boston, MA.  He is an active member of the Hartford County Bar Association, Connecticut Bar
Association, the Hartford Lions Club and on the Board of Trustees of his synagogue.
