Consumer Alert
Since July 1st, 2002, the four major credit bureaus in the US will be allowed to release credit info, mailing addresses, phone numbers, etc., to anyone who requests it. If you do not want to be included in this release of your personal info, you can call 1-888-567-8688. Once the message starts you will want option #2 (even though option #1 refers to this email) and then option #3 - Be sure to listen closely, the first option is only for a two-year period. Make sure you wait until they prompt for the third option, which opts you out forever. You should receive their paperwork in the mail confirming that you've "opted out" within a week of calling them.
Ride your bike or ride the T with your bike to our office
During non-rush-hours, and on weekends, cyclists may bring their bikes on the MBTA Red, Orange and Blue Line subways, and on the Commuter Rail trains. Ride your bike directly to our office, or ride the T to Park Street or Downtown Crossing. You bring your bike right up to the office, and park it there.

Attorney and cyclist Andrew Fischer has served as President of the Massachusetts Bicycle Coalition (MassBike), and has successfully represented cyclists for over a decade.
