There is a strong concentration in employment and civil rights matters including wage and benefit disputes. Federal litigation in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the Third Circuit of Appeals has been a constant portion of the practice. The policy of the office is to evaluate a potential client's situation in a free initial telephone consultation. Cases are billed on an hourly basis or on a contingent basis as agreed between client and attorney. Flat rates are provided for many routine matters like uncontested divorces, wills, some IRS tax resolution matters, and driving under the influence cases. A billing retainer is required in hourly cases. Client communication is a priority.
