William J. Powell
Bill has practiced over 46 years. His major areas of concentration include personal injury, education, labor and employment, civil rights, torts, and family law.
He is a member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, Washington State Trial Lawyers Association, Spokane County and Washington State Bar Associations.
Bill attended Oregon State University and the University of California at Los Angeles. He received his Juris Doctor from the University of Washington Law School in 1956. While in law school he was a member of the editorial board of the University of Washington Law Review for two years. He was later a Special Assistant Attorney General for Eastern Washington University from 1968 to 1969. He is admitted to practice in all courts in Washington, the 9th Federal Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court. Bill was born in Twin Falls, Idaho. Larry J. Kuznetz
Larry has been in practice for over 23 years. His major areas of concentration include personal injury, labor and employment, civil rights, wrongful termination, discrimination, sex harassment and workers compensation.
He is a member of the Spokane County and Washington State Bar Associations, Washington State Trial Lawyers Association, and Washington Self Insurers Association.
Larry attended Fairhaven College in Bellingham, Washington, receiving his BA Degree in Psychology, cum laude, in 1974. He attended Hofstra University School of Law in New York and received his Juris Doctor degree in 1977. He was an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Washington from 1979 to 1982. He is admitted to practice in all of the state and federal courts of Washington, the 9th Federal Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court. He is a frequent speaker on issues related to discrimination, sex harassment and workers compensation.

Michael M. Parker
Mike has been in practice for over 15 years litigating business, real estate, family and bankruptcy law issues.
He is a member of the Spokane County, Washington State and Idaho State Bar Associations, and a member of the Washington State Bar Association Sections on Debtor-Creditor, Business Law and Litigation. His Idaho State Bar memberships include the sections on Family and Real Estate law.
Mike attended Spokane Falls Community College receiving his Associate Arts Degree in 1981. He continued at Eastern Washington University and received his BA Degree in 1983, cum laude in Business as well as Government. He attended Gonzaga University School of Law and received his Juris Doctor degree in 1986. He was admitted to practice in all the courts of Washington in 1987 and Idaho in 1989.
Mike has been a past board member of the Native American Health Center and the Citizen's Advisory Committee with Spokane School District #81. Mike is more than willing to speak to groups and asssociations which may have legal questions concerning the areas in which he has expertise. Examples of such areas in which Mike has previously spoken or provided seminars include Landlord/Tenant, Family Law, Real Estate Law and Debt Collection.
