Attorney Ollinger is admitted to practice in all Florida State and Administrative Courts, United States Supreme Court, United States Court of Appeals for the 11th and 5th Circuits, United States District Courts for the Middle and Southern Districts of Florida, United States Tax Court.

George Ollinger graduated and received his Juris Doctor "J.D." degree from the University of Detroit School of Law in 1977. George Ollinger graduated and received his Bachelor of Science "B.S." degree from the University of California, Los Angeles "UCLA" in 1973, graduating from the political science honors program Cum Laude "With Honors".
From 1969 to 1971 George Edward Ollinger attended the University of Oregon, majoring in political science.
