About the Practice
The practice began in the Charleston, WV area during the spring of 2006. However, the founder, C. Matt Rollins did not devote his full attention to this practice until moving the practice's principle place of business to the Morgantown/Fairmont region in the fall of 2008 after serving two years as an assistant prosecutor.
One of this practice's primary principles is to use technology to enhance the attorney/client interaction.
