Philip L. Faccenda, Esq. is a civil litigation attorney concentrating in the representation of people who have been seriously injured or become disabled, as well as victims of legal malpractice. He graduated law school with the degree of Juris Doctor from Temple University Law Center in 1974, was admitted that year to the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, and to the Supreme Court of New Jersey in 1975. He is admitted to practice before all Federal and State courts in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, the U.S. 3rd Circuit Court of Appeals, and the Supreme Court of the United States.
His law firm concentrates in representing persons who have suffered serious personal injuries or become disabled from work accidents, unsafe products, construction site injury, vehicle collision, unsafe premises, inadequate security, and represents people who have sustained losses as a result of legal malpractice. He began his legal career as an intern in the Philadelphia Public Defender's Office, and then as an Assistant Attorney General for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, before moving to New Jersey with his wife and family in 1978 to establish his private practice.
He represents clients in serious injury litigation, Social Security Disability, Workers Compensation, Disability Insurance policy claims, Legal Malpractice suits, as well as various types of litigation requiring the service of an experienced trial attorney. In this regard, he has been Certified as a Civil Trial Attorney * by the Supreme Court of New Jersey’s Board of Trial Certification and certified as a Civil Trial Specialist by the National Board of Trial Advocacy. He is a member of the Million-Dollar Advocates Forum, the National Organization of Social Security Claimants’ Representatives, and has served as a member of the Board of Governors of the American Trial Lawyers Association - New Jersey, and has been appointed as an Arbitrator by both the NJ Superior Court and the U. S. District Court for the District of New Jersey. He has handled numerous jury trials in the state and federal courts of both New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
