In his spare time, Ed is a hiker, a photographer, an avid reader and enjoys art, travel, music and snorkeling. Alex Lichtner, an attorney who has worked closely with Ed for years is a former triathlete and serious biker.

serious about our clients' cases, we also work together closely and you'll quickly become familiar with us.  We do not accept every case presented to our firm.  We are very selective, and as a result, we are able to offer a level of personal attention unmatched in our business.

Insurance companies rarely offer fair settlements early in a case, no matter how serious the injury. You are a claim number to them and they're more likely worry about their bottom line more than your injuries.  We work to fight this mentality.

Our offices accept California personal injury cases on a contingent fee basis only.
What this means is that we are only paid a fee for attorney services when we actually
collect money on a client's behalf.  The fee we receive is a specific percentage of the money recovered.

Unlike some personal injury law firms, if we take a case, we do not normally charge a fee on any of the property damage monies recovered.

And under no circumstances do we ever net more in fees than our clients net after medical bills and costs. This is not the practice at the vast majority of other personal injury firms.  Our clients' needs come first...not our fee.
