Michael S. McKinley received his Bachelor of Science degree at Spring Hill College in 1990.  He continued his education at Southern Illinois University School of Law and graduated with a Juris Doctor Degree in 1993.  Mr. McKinley is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association, Illinois Trial Lawyers Association, American Association for Justice and the Peoria County Bar Association.  Mr. McKinley has been an active faculty member and frequent speaker on various civil litigation subjects for the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association, the Peoria County Bar Association and the Illinois Institute of Continuing Legal Education.  Mr. McKinley has had extensive jury trial experience.  Mr. McKinley's primary emphasis is in civil litigation with specific emphasis in personal injury, wrongful death, medical malpractice, products liability, professional malpractice and workers compensation.
