Personal Attorneys Andrew D. Reeder and Marc B. He attended college in Florida at Stetson University. After receiving his bachelor’s degree at Stetson University, he moved to St. Petersburg to attend Stetson University’s College of Law. During the period of time that Mr. Reeder was at Stetson’s law school, U.S. News & World Report ranked Stetson University’s College of Law as the number one law school in the nation for trial advocacy training. While at Stetson, Mr. Reeder received recognition on Stetson’s Honor Roll and Dean’s List. Outside of the classroom, he served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Elizabeth A. Kovachavich, the chief judge of the Federal District Court for the Middle District of Florida. Mr. Reeder also worked as an intern for the Florida Attorney General’s Office in the Economic Crimes Division. In addition to internships, Andy worked as a law clerk for a civil litigation firm in St. Petersburg. After graduating from Stetson, Mr. Reeder worked as an associate attorney for a civil litigation law firm in St. Petersburg that held an “AV” rating, the highest rating a law firm can receive. Mr. Reeder specialized in insurance defense litigation, representing insurance companies and their insured as defendants in lawsuits. This experience provided Mr. Reeder with an understanding of how insurance companies evaluate claims, as well as the strategies and techniques used by insurance companies in defending against lawsuits filed by injured individuals. Mr. Reeder now uses this information to maximize recoveries for his injured clients. Marc B. Nussbaum was born in Mt. Sinai, New York. He attended college in New York at Marist College. After receiving his bachelor’s degree in psychology he attended Touro Law School in Huntington, New York. During the period of time that Mr. Nussbaum was at Touro Law School, he received recognition on Touro’s Deans List. Outside of the classroom, Mr. Nussbaum served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Arlene R. Lindsey, Magistrate Judge in the Eastern District Of New York. In addition to his judicial internship, Mr. Nussbaum was a founding member of Touro’s Trial Advocacy Division; has been recognized in the Who’s Who Among American Law Students and; has completed the Brown, Brown & Associates Conflict Resolution and Training Program. After graduating from Touro, Mr. Nussbaum worked in New York as an associate attorney for a large civil litigation law firm in Manhattan. This firm held an “AV” rating, the highest rating a law firm can receive. After practicing in New York for a few years, Mr. Nussbaum and his family moved to Florida where he began working at another “AV” rated law firm, this one located in St. Petersburg. Mr. Nussbaum specialized in insurance defense litigation, representing insurance companies and their insured as defendants in lawsuits.
