He is a licensed attorney in Georgia and South Carolina, and has extensive experience in cases involving medical malpractice, nursing home litigation, serious personal injuries, wrongful deaths, business and contract disputes, defective products, Federal Employer's Liability Act cases, and railroad litigation. He has also served as trial counsel in mass tort litigation and class actions.
