An Atlanta native, Russell T. Bryant has been a trial lawyer since he graduated law school in 1988. His practice is based in downtown Lawrenceville, Gwinnett County, Georgia, a short two blocks from the Gwinnett Justice and Administration Center (GJAC). For over twenty-one years, Mr. Bryant has represented a wide variety of business and individual clients who have found themselves in need of an experienced and respected trial lawyer well-versed in all aspects of both the civil and criminal litigation process. He has represented clients in virtually every courtroom in the greater Atlanta and North Georgia areas. Unlike many attorneys who hold themselves out as having a trial practice but who rarely see the inside of a courthouse, Mr. Bryant has made more than 5,000 court appearances (and counting) on behalf of his clients. In both criminal and civil cases, when a courtroom is needed to protect or advance his client's interests, Mr. Bryant is well-prepared to litigate a case at the trial and appellate court levels.
His trial and litigation practice includes personal injury, medical malpractice, domestic relations (domestic violence, divorce, modification and contempt), construction litigation, business litigation, real estate disputes, landlord-tenant, fraud, collections and all types of criminal cases, including DUI charges. In addition to his litigation practice, Mr. Bryant also represents clients in the areas of business formation, operations and governance; employer-employee relations; lease negotiation and drafting; business agreement negotiation and drafting; and creditor-debtor relations.
Although Mr. Bryant regularly represents clients in numeorus courtrooms throughout the greater-Atlanta and North Georgia areas (including Dekalb County, Forsyth County, Fulton County, Hall County, Cobb County, Cherokee County, Walton County, Athens-Clarke County and Barrow County) he most frequently appears in the Recorder's, Juvenile, Magistrate, State and Superior courts of Gwinnett County. He also routinely represents clients charged with criminal traffic law and DUI violations in various muncipal courtrooms around the metropolitan Atlanta area, including all of the Municipal Courts in Gwinnett (Lawrenceville, Suwanee, Norcross, Lilburn and Snellville).
Perhaps the most important quality of a lawyer is the ability to effectively listen to, communicate with, and understand a client's needs and realistic objectives. Mr. Bryant's success is due in large part to his recognition of the importance of those attributes. He has a down-to-earth relationship with all of his clients yet is an aggressive bulldog advocate and seasoned litigator when needed to protect a client's interests. Those qualities have led to a law practice based entirely upon referrals from existing and former clients and other attorneys for over twenty years.
The legal system is often considered a costly and intimidating necessary evil when a business or individual finds themselves in a precarious legal dispute or are faced with potentially life-changing criminal charges. Choosing an experienced and capable lawyer is a crucial determination in those circumstances. If you need a lawyer in the greater Atlanta area, you have the unique opportunity to take advantage of and utilize the knowledge and services of a widely known, respected and experienced trial lawyer. Feel free to schedule an appointment so that Mr. Bryant can discuss your particular legal issue and determine whether we can effectively and successfully provide you with the best legal representation possible.
