We get it. There is a negative connotation that comes with the term “personal injury lawyer.” And you probably don’t expect to hear that from us, but it is true, there is a negative “ambulance chasing” stereotype out there. And even though you probably wouldn’t have seatbelts, qualified airline pilots, or lead-free toys without trial lawyers, lately the term “trial lawyer” has become a bad word.

It shouldn’t be. We firmly believe that our commitment to justice is really a commitment to our community.  After all, if we’re going to argue that toys, or cars, or ambulances should be safe, that’s because they should be safe for all of us. We don’t believe in safety for the few or the privileged, we believe safety is important for everyone.

Our clients are real people, with real needs, and real injuries. All too often however, such injuries and needs wind up on the cutting room floor. Here though, we do things differently. We start with the assumption that every client is worth fighting for, all the way, every day. If they weren’t, they wouldn’t need a lawyer.

This philosophy impacts the way we run our firm. While we definitely are not a “settlement shop” we do push hard at first in order to obtain a reasonable settlement before a suit is filed. Since the costs of litigation are exceedingly high, this just makes common sense. Yet, there are times when a pre-suit resolution cannot be achieved. And that’s fine with us. We relish the opportunity to prove our client’s cause in court, and since most of our time is spent in litigation, we’re just fine being there.

Our firm is recognized as being a zealous advocate for its clients. We’re members of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, and that’s because clients with serious injuries have trusted us with their rights. Our firm is an aggressive, civil litigation focused law firm that fights as hard as possible to protect your rights. We have the experience and the resources to make sure your case is set up for success from day one. We represent those who really need legal protection.

We aren’t in it for the headlines; we’re in it for you.
