Joseph Fogel has been representing the victims of nursing home abuse for more than ten years. During that time, he has successfully sued care facilities for providing sub-standard living conditions and inadequate medical assistance. Mr. Fogel has helped seniors who have suffered with bed sores, and other patients who have been physically or emotionally abused recover thousands of dollars in damages.

Based in Southern California, Mr. Fogel has worked on behalf of families living throughout California and Arizona. He is authorized to practice in California and Arizona, and is also a member of the Bar of the United States Supreme Court.

Mr. Fogel earned his college degree at the University of Chicago in 1988, and his law degree from the University of California, Hastings in 1991. He is a past member of the Board of Editors of Los Angeles Lawyer magazine, and is a member of the Los Angeles Bar Association.

Mr. Fogel has experience litigating in all courts of the County of Los Angeles, including courts of appeal. Several of his cases have resulted in published opinions at both the state and federal courts. Because of his experience and ability to litigate a case wherever it goes, he is able to fully address a client's particular circumstances.

Mr. Fogel resides in Southern California and lives with his wife, and their two young children.
