The goal of representation is help seriously injured people with personal compassionate attention.  A "factory" approach that many law firms employ is not used.  It is important that not only is the client properly represented but also that long lasting relationships are created with the client and the client's family and friends.  Not only do I have experience with surgery cases through my clients but also have had neck surgery which gives a unique appreciation of what a client with a spinal injury is undergoing.
Injury cases accepted for representation are done on a contingent fee basis; that is, no recovery, no fee.
Potential clients should feel free to call Mike to discuss their situation or the situation a family member or friend is facing.
