Harvey A. Herbert was born in New York City. A graduate of the prestigious Stuyvesant High School in Manhattan and received a Bachelors of the Arts, cum laude, from Queens College of the City University of New York and was elected to Omicron Delta Epsilon; The National Economics Honor Society. Mr. Herbert received his juris doctor from Brooklyn Law School in 1975. He has been a member in good standing of the New York State BAR since 1976. Mr. Herbert is admitted in Eastern and Southern Districts of the New York Federal Courts. He is a member of the Brooklyn BAR Association, The New York State BAR Association and the Kings County Criminal BAR Association. Mr. Herbert is well known in the field of Biblical Archaeology and has his collection of ancient artifacts on display in prominent museums.
