His law firm limits its practice to representing victims of personal injury and wrongful death against insurance companies and other self-insured businesses.  He has been a trial attorney for 42 years with the last 25 years limited to representing personal injury and wrongful death victims.  Working with him is Bill Flinn, a trial attorney for 43 years.

In all cases, legal services are on a contingent fee basis. This simply means there is no charge for legal services unless we are successful in getting money to our client. When a case is resolved, by settlement or jury verdict, our law firm would receive a percentage of the monies that we were able to obtain for our client.

There is no charge for an initial meeting.  At that meeting, we will inform the prospective client of the law  and what he or she should and should not do.  With that information, the prospective client can determine whether or not to retain our law firm.  Once retained, we will immediately start working on your behalf.
