R. Dayton Call has practiced law in the State of California since his admission to the State Bar of California in 1977. During all of that time he has focused on the representation of plaintiffs in personal injury litigation. He received his B.A. Degree, "with highest honors" from the University of California, Berkeley in 1974 and his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the Brigham Young University School of Law in 1977. Mr. Call is admitted to practice before all California State Courts, The United States Federal District Courts in Northern California, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court.
Mr. Call was a visiting lecturer in the Department of Economics at the University of California, Santa Barbara between 1980 and 1983, during the time he practiced law in Southern California. He moved his practice to Fairfield, California in 1984 where he organized the firm of Wells & Call (ultimately evolving into Wells, Call, Clark, Bennett & Clawson) together with E. Gordon Wells, Jr., who has since retired.
Mr. Call has served as the President of the Solano County Bar Association. He continues to oversee a committee of the Solano County Bar Association providing volunteers to assist in the administration of justice in Solano County. He is President of the Vacaville Social Services Corporation, a non-profit corporation, which operates the homeless recovery program together with low cost housing in Vacaville, California. Mr. Call is a member of the Consumer Attorneys of California, the American Association for Justice, and the Solano County Bar Association. Mr. Call speaks fluent Spanish.

Thomas C. Clark

Thomas C. Clark graduated from the University of California at Berkeley in 1974. After a year of graduate work at Brigham Young University's Provo, Utah campus, Mr. Clark attended the Brigham Young University Law School, from which he graduated in 1978. While in law school, Mr. Clark was the editor of several publications and assisted with civil and criminal prosecutions for the Provo (Utah) city attorney. In that capacity, he conducted more than forty trials.
Mr. Clark was admitted to practice law in California in 1979. Initially, he worked in the Santa Barbara law firm of Haws, Record & Williford focusing his practice on civil and criminal litigation, and eventually became a partner in that firm.
A fifth-generation northern Californian, Mr. Clark was pleased to return in 1987 as a partner in Wells, Call, Clark, Bennett & Clawson, specializing in civil litigation. Having lived for two years in Central America and later teaching Spanish at a language institute, Mr. Clark is bilingual and is proud to represent many Spanish-speaking clients. At present, Mr. Clark is exclusively engaged in representing plaintiffs in personal injury actions.

Scott R. Bennett

Scott R. Bennett was born in Michigan in 1955, and moved to northern California in 1969. Mr. Bennett began his college career as a student-athlete, ultimately transferring to Brigham Young University in 1975. In 1978, he went on sabbatical for two years while he lived in the Canadian province of Quebec. Returning to Brigham Young University in 1980, Mr. Bennett graduated with a B.A. degree in Political Science with a minor in French in 1981. He graduated from the Brigham Young University School of Law in 1984.
Mr. Bennett commenced with the law firm of Senneff, Bernheim, Emery & Kelly, in Santa Rosa, California, in 1984, where his primary area of practice was in representing defendants in civil litigation. In 1988, he left Santa Rosa to become a partner in Wells, Call, Clark, Bennett & Clawson, where he began representing plaintiffs in personal injury cases, which he has continued to do for more than twenty one years.
Mr. Bennett was admitted to the California Bar in 1984 as well as the United States Federal District Courts in Northern California and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. He is a member of the Solano County Bar Association, the State Bar of California, and Consumer Attorneys of California. Mr. Bennett speaks French in addition to his native English.

Steven R. Clawson

Steven R. Clawson was born in San Francisco in 1960 and has practiced law in the State of California since his admission to the State Bar in 1987. Mr. Clawson is admitted to practice before all California State Courts, the United States Federal District Courts in Northern California and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. In 2008, he was honored to have been admitted to the United States Supreme Court. Mr. Clawson is a member of the Consumer Attorneys of California.
