Earle W. Long, IV
Mr. Long was born and raised in Mobile, Alabama. He completed his undergraduate degree at Spring Hill College, graduating Magna Cum Laude. He received his Juris Doctorate from Vanderbilt University.
Mr. Long has been counsel in numerous multi-million dollar cases. His practice areas include: eighteen-wheeler trucking accidents, automobile accidents, fires and explosions, product defects/failures, industrial accidents, insurance fraud/bad faith, and injuries involving admiralty and maritime law.
Affiliations
Mr. Long is admitted to practice in all Alabama state and federal courts, the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court. Mr. Long is a member of the Mobile Bar Association, Alabama State Bar, Alabama Association for Justice and the American Association for Justice.
