Melissa Hoffman, Esquire
Melissa Hoffman graduated from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey in 1998 with a B.S. in Political Science. She graduated from Widener University School of Law, Delaware in 2003. Ms. Hoffman is admitted to the New Jersey State Bar and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Bar and is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association.
Ms. Hoffman began her legal career with the law firm of Honig & Greenberg specializing in tax sale foreclosures and real estate. She then was an Associate at the firm of Phelan Hallinan & Schmieg where she appeared before every Chancery Judge in the State of New Jersey and began practicing in Bankruptcy court and Landlord/Tenant court. She also handled collection files and Residential Mortgage Foreclosures. Ms. Hoffman currently centralizes her practice on bankruptcy, collection, wills and estate, Landlord Tenant and Real Estate.
Ms. Hoffman served as Councilwoman for the Borough of Clayton for 4 years, serving as its President for the 2006 term, and sat as Committee Chair for such departments as Board of Health and Environmental Commission. She served Mayor of the Borough of Clayton from 2008 to 2009. She also is a member of the Democrat Presidential Campaign Committee for Diversity for the State of New Jersey and is currently Secretary for the Gloucester County Democrat Committee.
Daniel A. Mancini, Esquire
Daniel A. Mancini graduated from Loyola College, Maryland in 2004 with a B.A. in Marketing. He graduated from Widener University School of Law, Delaware in 2007.
Mr. Mancini is admitted to the Bar in New Jersey, the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the U.S. District Court of New Jersey and U.S. District Court of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Mr. Mancini is a member of the American Bar Association, Pennsylvania & New Jersey State Bar Associations and Gloucester County & Camden County New Jersey Bar Associations. Mr. Mancini's areas of practice include civil litigation with a focus in consumer fraud, personal injury and construction litigation as well as criminal defense, debt collection and estate planning.
Mr. Mancini's experience stems from time with the Chester County Pennsylvania District Attorney's Office where he was exposed to all aspects of criminal investigation, evidence gathering and preparing cases for trial. Mr. Mancini's litigation experience comes from his time as an Associate with the Law Offices of Conrad J. Benedetto and Law Clerk at the Law Office of Charles H. Nugent. With these firms Mr. Mancini focused in a such areas as personal injury, construction litigation and estate planning.
