The principal of the firm, Scott Righthand began the practice in 1992 after leaving a partnership at the firm of Bostwick & Tehin. Mr. Righthand has had a practice focusing exclusively on Plaintiffs litigation in a wide variety of areas that range from vehicular injuries, to employment injuries, malpractice injuries and varied serious and catastrophic physical, emotional and economic injuries.
