R. Nadine David

Nadine David, former Probate Staff Attorney for the Eighth Judicial Circuit, allows the Law Offices of David & David to offer unparalleled representation in the areas of probate and guardianship.  Nadine’s prior role as an adviser to  our local judges required her to review more than one thousand cases in these areas of law.  Through this experience, Nadine has become an expert in her field, and earned the trust and respect of our local judiciary.  Nadine’s unique qualifications in probate and guardianship allow the Law Offices of David & David to offer special insight and achieve fast results for our clients.

Nadine likewise has experience defending medical malpractice cases with the Regional Counsel’s Office of the Department of Veteran’s Affairs.  There, Nadine was responsible for evaluating tort claims against the federal government through a thorough review of case law and prior jury verdicts.  Through her work with the Regional Counsel’s Office, Nadine developed and understanding of personal injury and wrongful death litigation.
